Premium PRS Color Indicating CO2 Absorbent Media

We tested media from a variety of manufacturers and selected our Premium Color indicating soda lime due to its significant CO2 absorbing capacity and its extremely reliable color changing properties.  It lasts longer and the color change is more reliable and darker than any other soda lime we tested.  Our media is provided in a vacuum-sealed 1 kg bag.  How long the media lasts depends on the size of your skimmer, the CO2 levels in the air as well as temperature and humidity.  We run a Vertex Alpha 200 skimmer on a 300-gallon system and 2 kg of the Premium PRS CO2 Absorbent Media lasts 10-14 days.
